Origin - South Africa, Rooibos or Redbush is a herb cultivated only in the Cedarberg region of the Western Cape province in South Africa. Over the past few years this herb has become increasingly popular for obvious reasons. It is naturally caffeine free, rich in Vitamin C and is not dissimilar to the flavour of tea. We chose the best quality Rooibos available and the taste is reflected in that. Milk goes well with this Rooibos. |

Our tea merchant was fascinated by the popular Canadian tradition of making Maple Toffee. Heated maple syrup is poured into a layer of snow which rapidly cools the syrup and thickens it.
